C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 une triste et d\u00e9su\u00e8te d\u00e9finition. Et pourtant, ce mode de gouvernance est encore bien pr\u00e9sent !<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame dans nos start-up en hyper-croissance, il est naturel de nommer Managers les \u00ab sachants \u00bb. C&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire ceux qui ma\u00eetrisent techniquement le m\u00e9tier, souvent gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur anciennet\u00e9. Les dirigeants des start-up demandent aux \u00ab sachants \u00bb de superviser des juniors, qui reproduiront \u00e0 l&rsquo;identique les missions qu&rsquo;ils ont eux-m\u00eames r\u00e9alis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>La recette d&rsquo;un bon manager pour rendre un salari\u00e9 heureux est pourtant simple : donner du\u00a0<strong>sens,<\/strong>\u00a0laisser de\u00a0<strong>l&rsquo;autonomie,<\/strong>\u00a0d\u00e9velopper les\u00a0<strong>comp\u00e9tences<\/strong>. Ces trois piliers contribuent \u00e0 \u00e9panouir professionnellement un collaborateur et \u00e0 le fid\u00e9liser.<\/p>\n<p>Le Manager n&rsquo;est alors plus le \u00ab sachant \u00bb mais le \u00ab facilitateur \u00bb, celui qui cr\u00e9\u00e9 les conditions pour que le collaborateur r\u00e9alise son travail efficacement, en s&rsquo;\u00e9panouissant.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Formaliser les grands principes<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Ce changement de paradigme nous a paru si important que les fondateurs et les 30 managers de\u00a0Younited Credit\u00a0ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de formaliser ensemble une \u00ab Charte du manager \u00bb, pr\u00e9cisant dix principes pour devenir un Manager facilitateur. L&rsquo;ensemble des processus de ressources humaines concernant les managers (recrutement, formation, \u00e9valuation) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9organis\u00e9s autour de cette Charte.<\/p>\n<p>Un bon Manager doit donner du sens au travail, en expliquant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement la\u00a0<strong>mission<\/strong>\u00a0de toute l&rsquo;entreprise. Un bon Manager doit connaitre les souhaits de\u00a0<strong>d\u00e9veloppements<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e0 6, 12 et 24 mois de chaque personne de son \u00e9quipe. Il ne doit pas avoir peur de recruter des collaborateurs\u00a0<strong>meilleurs que lui<\/strong>\u00a0techniquement. Un bon manager doit assumer toutes les erreurs de son \u00e9quipe, sans s&rsquo;en attribuer les r\u00e9ussites.<\/p>\n<p>Le Manager doit cesser d&rsquo;\u00eatre un \u00ab sachant \u00bb pour devenir un \u00ab facilitateur \u00bb.
