Il devra convaincre plut\u00f4t que donner des ordres. \u00bb<br \/>\n<strong>Il ne s\u2019agit pas d\u2019opposer les femmes aux hommes mais de cr\u00e9er un nouveau code du leader en entreprise au XXIe si\u00e8cle.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Etre conscient de certaines diff\u00e9rences dans la mani\u00e8re d\u2019exercer son management, les analyser, permet de s\u2019approprier des valeurs ajout\u00e9es compl\u00e9mentaires et d\u2019assumer sa diff\u00e9rence aussi.<\/strong><br \/>\nLa mutation de la culture manag\u00e9riale ou le transfert de qualit\u00e9s dites \u00ab f\u00e9minines \u00bb dans les pratiques manag\u00e9riales laissent appara\u00eetre l\u2019abandon de certains codes dits \u00ab masculins \u00bb tels que la distance, la monochronie**, la lin\u00e9arit\u00e9, le pouvoir statutaire exclusivement transactionnel, le paternalisme\u2026,\u00a0 pour des codes plus f\u00e9minins de polychronie***, de gestion du risque, de pouvoir d\u2019influence, transformationnel, transversal, de fait et non seulement de droit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La copie d\u2019un mod\u00e8le sur un autre avec l\u2019uniformisation de la panoplie du manager ou les mod\u00e8les de management anciens r\u00e9adapt\u00e9s ont donn\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9cevants.<br \/>\n<strong>La mobilisation de toutes les ressources masculines et f\u00e9minines associ\u00e9es et compl\u00e9mentaires est la cl\u00e9 de la r\u00e9ussite du nouveau\u00a0Leadership\u00a0exerc\u00e9 par des femmes ou des hommes<\/strong>.
