La croyance en la r\u00e9ussite des projets peut alors \u00eatre remise en question, directement ou indirectement, ce qui induira une baisse de l\u2019engagement voire parfois une forme de passivit\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre le projet.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En quoi le manager doit-il adapter sa posture face \u00e0 ces transformations perp\u00e9tuelles des entreprises ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le<strong> r\u00f4le du manager<\/strong> est critique car \u00e0 la fois il est soumis lui aussi \u00e0 cette pression et doit en m\u00eame temps en <strong>faciliter l&rsquo;acceptation<\/strong>. Pour cela, il doit avoir la prise de recul n\u00e9cessaire pour comprendre ce changement, l\u2019accepter et aussi<strong> accompagner ses collaborateurs<\/strong> dans l\u2019int\u00e9gration de celui-ci. Il lui est aussi n\u00e9cessaire de <strong>d\u00e9velopper sa posture collaborative<\/strong> pour optimiser la r\u00e9ussite des missions de son \u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Quels sont les principaux leviers pour accompagner les \u00e9quipes face \u00e0 la transformation ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>L\u2019intelligence relationnelle<\/strong> et la syst\u00e9mique sont des outils et m\u00e9thodes auxquels les agents du changement devraient \u00eatre form\u00e9s.
