Du management&nbsp;? <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le <strong>R\u00e9f\u00e9rent Handicap<\/strong> est une personne ressource pour la direction puisqu\u2019il facilite la mise en \u0153uvre de la<strong> politique handicap<\/strong> de son entreprise. Il \u00ab&nbsp;incarne&nbsp;\u00bb le sujet du handicap par ses connaissances sur les diff\u00e9rents types de handicap &nbsp;et fait le lien entre les diff\u00e9rents acteurs en interne et externe.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Comment peuvent-ils travailler ensemble au quotidien&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour que le sujet du handicap soit abord\u00e9 et consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un sujet strat\u00e9gique \u00e0 traiter, il est essentiel que la direction montre son engagement sur la dur\u00e9e. &nbsp;Par exemple, une action lors la Semaine d\u2019Emploi des Personnes Handicap\u00e9es n\u2019est pas suffisante, il faut former la direction de mani\u00e8re continue par des<strong> formations pr\u00e9sentielles ou distancielles<\/strong>. Les actions du <strong>R\u00e9f\u00e9rent Handicap doivent \u00eatre soutenues et accompagn\u00e9es<\/strong>. De plus, <strong>les managers doivent \u00eatre sensibilis\u00e9s afin prendre en compte les besoins sp\u00e9cifiques de leurs collaborateurs en situation de handicap<\/strong>. Ils favorisent ainsi l\u2019inclusion et la bienveillance dans leur \u00e9quipe.
