Selon la derni\u00e8re \u00e9tude annuelle du cabinet Valtus, 30\u00a0% des primo-acc\u00e9dants en sont issus\u00a0; la fonction DG reste d&rsquo;ailleurs la plus demand\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une telle \u00e9volution n&rsquo;est pas illogique au regard du\u00a0mouvement de fond qui s&rsquo;op\u00e8re dans le m\u00e9tier\u00a0: <strong>\u00ab\u00a0le management de transition tend \u00e0 devenir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comundi.fr\/mag-des-competences\/un-management-reinvente-levier-indispensable-a-la-transformation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">le management de la transformation<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>, r\u00e9sume Philippe Soulier, le pr\u00e9sident de Valtus.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Les missions courtes de moins en moins nombreuses<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La transformation repr\u00e9sente d\u00e9sormais 30\u00a0% des missions, soit une progression de 50\u00a0% en quatre ans quand la part de la gestion de crise et du retournement est pass\u00e9e de 30 \u00e0 25\u00a0% sur la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience et le regard ext\u00e9rieur (des managers de transition) leur conf\u00e8rent la l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 et le recul n\u00e9cessaires dans le cadre de projets de transformation\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>, explique Philippe Soulier.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les ETI ne sont pas imperm\u00e9ables \u00e0 l&rsquo;argument\u00a0: m\u00eame si les grands groupes et leurs filiales restent les principaux clients du management de transition, leur part (38\u00a0%) recule au profit des ETI (28\u00a0%) et des PME ind\u00e9pendantes (19\u00a0%).<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1961\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1961\" style=\"width: 509px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-1961 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.comundi.fr\/mag-des-competences\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Fonctions-des-managers-01.jpg\" alt=\"Management de transition_fonctions des managers\" width=\"509\" height=\"514\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.comundi.fr\/mag-des-competences\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Fonctions-des-managers-01.jpg 509w, https:\/\/www.comundi.fr\/mag-des-competences\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Fonctions-des-managers-01-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.comundi.fr\/mag-des-competences\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Fonctions-des-managers-01-297x300.jpg 297w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 509px) 100vw, 509px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1961\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Management de transition_fonctions des managers<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Fonction des managers r\u00e9pondants<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Autre indicateur de cette mutation du mod\u00e8le\u00a0: les missions de plus de douze mois sont aujourd&rsquo;hui les plus nombreuses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Elles sont pass\u00e9es de 24 \u00e0 29\u00a0% entre\u00a02014 et\u00a02018, tandis que les plus courtes, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire de moins de trois mois, ne repr\u00e9sentent plus que la portion congrue du m\u00e9tier (4\u00a0%).<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La proportion des 45-50 ans en plus forte augmentation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La zone de responsabilit\u00e9 des missions reste majoritairement franco-fran\u00e7aise (51\u00a0%) mais l&rsquo;international a fortement progress\u00e9 sur les quatre derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, passant de 16\u00a0% \u00e0 24\u00a0% de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Et, assure Philippe Soulier, <strong>\u00ab\u00a0nous n&rsquo;en sommes encore qu&rsquo;au d\u00e9but mouvement\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si l&rsquo;industrie reste le grand pourvoyeur de missions, Valtus souligne l&rsquo;\u00e9mergence de nouveaux secteurs. Mais ils n&rsquo;abordent pas le m\u00e9tier dans le m\u00eame \u00e9tat d&rsquo;esprit que leurs a\u00een\u00e9s.\u00a0Ils sous-estiment la r\u00e9sistance au changement chez le client et sont beaucoup plus pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s par une dur\u00e9e de mission trop courte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">45% des managers de transition exercent aujourd&rsquo;hui\u00a0sous le statut d&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendants, avec leur propre structure de facturation. Mais, lorsqu&rsquo;ils d\u00e9butent, tous aspirent \u00e0 \u00eatre salari\u00e9 ou int\u00e9rimaire.
