Peut\u2010on apprendre \u00e0 \u00eatre leader ? Est-ce une question de vocation ? Peut\u2010on se perfectionner sur le terrain ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Comme toutes les disciplines, la structure du management s\u2019appuie sur la ma\u00eetrise d\u2019un certain nombre d\u2019outils :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>La connaissance du m\u00e9tier en lui\u00ad\u2010m\u00eame<\/li>\n<li>Une ma\u00eetrise de sa communication orale et comportementale<\/li>\n<li>Une connaissance des bases de la psychologie<\/li>\n<li>Une ma\u00eetrise des leviers de la n\u00e9gociation gagnant\u2010gagnant<\/li>\n<li>Une sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019intelligence collective et \u00e0 l\u2019approche syst\u00e9mique<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019acquisition des bons r\u00e9flexes en cas de conflits<\/li>\n<li>Quelques notions de bien-\u00eatre, pour n\u2019\u00eatre ni trop stress\u00e9s ni trop stressant<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019aptitude \u00e0 d\u00e9l\u00e9guer sans abandonner et superviser sans trop contr\u00f4ler<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Tous ces outils composent la \u00ab\u00a0besace\u00a0\u00bb du manager.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Mais ne nous leurrons pas, si ces outils sont indispensables, la <strong>qualit\u00e9 du leader <\/strong>d\u00e9pend avant tout de ses valeurs humaines, de la fa\u00e7on dont il les incarne ; de sa philosophie, de son attitude. Le leadership est une posture vivante et organique qui repose sur des qualit\u00e9s humaines.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Certains sont pr\u00e9dispos\u00e9s \u00e0 exercer au poste de manager et disposent d&rsquo;un certain charisme qui les aide \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper leur leadership. Ils sont influents, donne envie de les \u00e9couter, de les suivre, de collaborer avec eux. Ils inspirent confiance. D\u2019autres auront besoin de fournir plus d&rsquo;efforts et \u00e9prouveront certaines difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 renforcer leur leadership.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Le charisme manag\u00e9rial est une question de posture<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Choisir d\u2019<strong>\u00eatre manager<\/strong>, c\u2019est prendre la responsabilit\u00e9 de se mettre au service de ses collaborateurs ; de les faire progresser afin qu&rsquo;ils puissent atteindre le meilleur d\u2019eux-\u00ad\u2010m\u00eames.\u00a0 <strong>\u00catre manager<\/strong>, c\u2019est aussi transmettre \u00e0 ses co\u2010\u00e9quipiers le go\u00fbt d\u2019un m\u00e9tier. Il s&rsquo;agit de f\u00e9d\u00e9rer ses collaborateurs autour de la ligne directrice de l\u2019entreprise, c\u2019est \u00eatre garant de la coh\u00e9sion d\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>\u00catre manager<\/strong>, c\u2019est savoir donner de l\u2019\u00e9coute dans certains cas, savoir poser des limites constructives dans d\u2019autres, c\u2019est savoir cr\u00e9er du lien. C\u2019est aussi comme le fait le capitaine du navire, donner une direction claire sans changer de bord \u00e0 chaque changement de m\u00e9t\u00e9o ; annoncer clairement la direction et stimuler chacun \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir de nouveaux mondes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Les outils de communication qui sont propos\u00e9s aujourd\u2019hui aux managers sont nombreux mais ne remplaceront jamais une intention sinc\u00e8re de cr\u00e9er du lien.
