Mais la crise sanitaire et le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail ont eu tendance \u00e0 faire reculer les bonnes pratiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le \u00ab&nbsp;Financial Times&nbsp;\u00bb tresse des lauriers \u00e0 la France sur le<strong> droit \u00e0 la d\u00e9connexion<\/strong>. Le journal de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence des milieux \u00e9conomiques britanniques salue son \u00ab&nbsp;r\u00f4le pionnier&nbsp;\u00bb sur la n\u00e9cessaire d\u00e9limitation entre vie professionnelle et personnelle en adoptant une loi en ce sens <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lesechos.fr\/2017\/01\/entreprises-ce-que-le-droit-a-la-deconnexion-va-changer-158686\">d\u00e8s 2017.<\/a> \u00ab&nbsp;La France a \u00e9t\u00e9 le premier pays \u00e0 accorder le <strong>droit aux employ\u00e9s de d\u00e9connecter<\/strong> de leur travail durant leurs temps de repos. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, l&rsquo;id\u00e9e est reprise dans toute l&rsquo;Europe&nbsp;\u00bb, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ft.com\/content\/a552b919-16ef-453d-a0f1-3725d168fe9c\">explique le journal,<\/a> citant l&rsquo;adoption de l\u00e9gislations similaires en Italie, en Espagne, au Portugal et en Belgique, tandis que l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne travaille \u00e9galement \u00e0 un projet de directive sur ce th\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les entreprises fran\u00e7aises de plus de 50 salari\u00e9s ont l&rsquo;obligation de r\u00e9guler au mieux l&rsquo;usage <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lesechos.fr\/politique-societe\/societe\/droit-a-la-deconnexion-des-salaries-toujours-submerges-par-le-numerique-150227\">des outils num\u00e9riques<\/a> par leurs salari\u00e9s, afin que ceux-ci ne croulent pas sous des mails le soir et le week-end et qu&rsquo;ils soient l\u00e9galement prot\u00e9g\u00e9s s&rsquo;ils ont \u00e9teint leur smartphone durant ce temps personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Les limites de l\u00e9gislation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le journal se penche sur ce sujet, c&rsquo;est parce que la crise sanitaire a remis en lumi\u00e8re <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lesechos.fr\/economie-france\/social\/teletravail-comment-la-crise-du-covid-a-change-les-pratiques-des-entreprises-1393248\">la question des fronti\u00e8res poreuses<\/a> entre vie priv\u00e9e et professionnelle. \u00ab&nbsp;La pand\u00e9mie a fortement augment\u00e9 le nombre de personnes travaillant de mani\u00e8re flexible en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, r\u00e9v\u00e9lant les limites de la l\u00e9gislation pour r\u00e9soudre l&rsquo;intrusion du travail sur le temps personnel.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il cite une \u00e9tude du consultant Empreinte Humaine montrant que le niveau de stress a bondi parmi les salari\u00e9s en France, avec un tiers d&rsquo;entre eux qui ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des signes de burn-out, trois fois plus qu&rsquo;avant l&rsquo;apparition du Covid. Et la situation est encore plus marqu\u00e9e chez les managers&nbsp;: bien que la grande majorit\u00e9 soit favorable au droit \u00e0 la d\u00e9connexion, un sondage command\u00e9 par la CGT indique que trois quarts d&rsquo;entre eux restent connect\u00e9s pendant leur temps de repos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Aider les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 tracer les limites<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Au-del\u00e0 du <strong>droit de d\u00e9connecter<\/strong>, les entreprises doivent r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir comment promouvoir le devoir de couper. Cela signifie aider leurs employ\u00e9s \u00e0 apprendre \u00e0 fixer des limites gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des formations et des campagnes de sensibilisation&nbsp;\u00bb, explique le \u00ab&nbsp;Financial Times&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bruno Mettling, ancien DRH d&rsquo;Orange d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 la t\u00eate du consultant en management Topics, avance un exemple de situation o\u00f9 le droit \u00e0 la d\u00e9connexion doit s&rsquo;imposer. \u00ab&nbsp;C&rsquo;est quand vous \u00eates tent\u00e9 d&rsquo;envoyer un e-mail parce que vous avez enfin cinq minutes le week-end pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 quelque chose que vous avez re\u00e7u le vendredi.
