Les 200 m\u00e9tiers qui y sont exerc\u00e9s donnent lieu \u00e0 des besoins de formation \u00e0 la fois vari\u00e9s et pouss\u00e9s. <strong>Rima Chabene<\/strong>, responsable de l\u2019<strong>Universit\u00e9 Groupe RATP<\/strong>, \u00e9claire les enjeux et les d\u00e9fis en la mati\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Comment est per\u00e7ue la formation au sein de votre groupe ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rima Chabene<\/strong> : Pour le groupe dans son ensemble, le <strong>d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences<\/strong> de nos agents et collaborateurs est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une priorit\u00e9, car il s\u2019agit d\u2019un <strong>levier de performance<\/strong>. Au regard de l\u2019ouverture \u00e0 la concurrence de certaines de nos activit\u00e9s en France, comme celle des bus d\u00e8s 2025, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comundi.fr\/mag-des-competences\/comment-financer-les-formations-de-vos-collaborateurs-grace-au-cpf%e2%80%89\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">la formation est un moyen de d\u00e9velopper nos atouts <\/a>afin de nous diff\u00e9rencier de nos comp\u00e9titeurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>\u00c0 l\u2019heure actuelle, quels sont vos principaux besoins ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R. C.<\/strong> : Avec 200 m\u00e9tiers existants et de nombreux m\u00e9tiers \u00e0 faire \u00e9voluer ou cr\u00e9er, ils sont nombreux. Deux axes sont structurants. D\u2019une part, nous visons l\u2019excellence de service, l\u2019excellence op\u00e9rationnelle et la <strong>pr\u00e9vention des risques professionnels<\/strong>. C\u2019est une base essentielle. D\u2019autre part, nous accompagnons les <strong>transformations de l\u2019entreprise<\/strong>. Par exemple, nous travaillons aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de nos managers pour permettre \u00e0 leurs \u00e9quipes d\u2019int\u00e9grer de nouveaux modes d\u2019organisation du travail comme le flex-office ou la <strong>transformation digitale <\/strong>de nombreux m\u00e9tiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Pour faire face au d\u00e9fi particulier que constitue l\u2019ouverture de certaines activit\u00e9s \u00e0 la concurrence, \u00e0 quel outil de formation avez-vous recours ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R. C.<\/strong> : Un serious game permet notamment de simuler les conditions de mise en concurrence d\u2019une ligne et la r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 un appel d\u2019offres. Nous soignons particuli\u00e8rement les aspects interactionnels afin que les salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s puissent <strong>d\u00e9velopper les bonnes comp\u00e9tences techniques et culturelles<\/strong> qui seront cl\u00e9s dans la conduite des n\u00e9gociations \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Sur quels aspects les exigences sont-elles les plus fortes pour les \u00e9quipes en charge de la formation ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R. C. <\/strong>: Depuis quelques temps, nous avons identifi\u00e9 qu\u2019il \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire de faire \u00e9voluer notre vision des champs \u00e0 couvrir par la formation. Bien s\u00fbr, l\u2019entreprise doit assurer l\u2019adaptation aux <strong>\u00e9volutions des postes de travail<\/strong>. Mais de plus en plus, en \u00e9coutant les \u00e9quipes, nous constatons qu\u2019elles expriment proactivement des besoins de <strong>d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences<\/strong>, comme les soft skills, au-del\u00e0 des fondamentaux devant \u00eatre ma\u00eetris\u00e9s. L\u2019exigence est donc d\u2019\u00eatre capable de proposer des formations adapt\u00e9es, mais aussi, de susciter cette envie de se former en continu. Enfin, nous devons veiller \u00e0 ancrer les apprentissages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0UN SERIOUS GAME PERMET NOTAMMENT DE SIMULER LES CONDITIONS DE MISE EN CONCURRENCE D\u2019UNE LIGNE ET LA R\u00c9PONSE \u00c0 UN APPEL D\u2019OFFRES\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Avez-vous trouv\u00e9 une m\u00e9thode satisfaisante pour \u00e9valuer vos actions ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R. C. <\/strong>: Les \u00e9valuations \u00e0 chaud sont syst\u00e9matiques. \u00c0 froid, nous nous concentrons sur les dispositifs \u00e0 forts enjeux, strat\u00e9giques ou financiers. R\u00e9cemment, une \u00e9tude pouss\u00e9e d\u2019un dispositif pourtant pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9 nous a ainsi permis d\u2019identifier l\u2019insatisfaction d\u2019une population homog\u00e8ne qui n\u2019avait pas trouv\u00e9e le niveau suffisant. Un programme sp\u00e9cifique a ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9. Entre pairs, nous savons que l\u2019\u00e9valuation reste toujours aussi utile que complexe \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre.
